I've never hired a virtual assistant before. How does this work?

It's easier than you think! We discuss your practice requirements and outline a plan to support your business on a weekly basis at a flat fee. We will meet online and have a face to face to better understand your unique requirements.
How much will this cost? What's included?

We work based on your workflow and volume. Our starter package is $499/month for a small practice with 1 practitioner. We handle everything from client bookings, to calendar management, invoicing and accounts receivables (depending on the number of patients, price may vary). Just schedule a call and we can go over the details with you!
What are the availabilities of my VA?

Your Desk Genie VA is available from 10am to 4pm in most time zones across North America.
Can my VA set up my JANE app account for my practice

Yes they can. They will also guide you through the process after setup so you get familiar with the app.
Can I get a trial period to see if this is suitable for my practice

Yes. We offer 1 month free trial up to a maximum of 10 hours of administrative service. If you are happy with the outcome, we can continue onwards depending on the type of practice you have.
What if I want to cancel?

We offer flexible month-to-month plans that you allow you to cancel at any time. You only need to give 30 days written notice.
